Connected Wellbeing offers individual counselling/ psychotherapy, clay therapy and Qigong classes. We also facilitate ‘conversations with clay’ wellbeing workshops.

 
 

Qigong

Qigong is gentle meditative movement, It is suitable for beginners. Classes run on Friday mornings at 9.30 am and must be pre-booked.
