As a charity we are a not-for-profit organisation.  We aim to make a range of facilities available at value-for-money prices whilst ensuring that these cover the expenses generated. Choose between the options listed in the sections below.

Special rates apply for long term regular users and local organisations.

A full range of additional audio visual facilities is available in the function rooms: up to 12 microphones conference system, wireless, headset, microphones, projector, 3m projector screen and music via plug-and-play connections.

In some special cases a refundable deposit may be payable on booking.

We reserve the right to refuse bookings in some cases.  

The hireable rooms in the building are intended for those groups who will use them on an agreed regular basis, e.g. once per week or once per month. These rooms are not currently available for casual hires unless for some exceptional event benefitting the whole community.

If your planned activity is to be run as a business using the charity’s facilities, which is to say you will be taking money from the participants towards your own expenses, naturally the KGV charity expects a contribution from you. This might apply for instance to outdoor fitness trainers or commercial dog-walkers making use of the grounds.
