AGM 2020-21

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

FOR THE 2020-21 FINANCIAL YEAR

8 FEBRUARY 2022 at 19:30

The Trust will be holding its AGM for the financial year 2020-21 on Tuesday 8 February 2022 from 19:30.  

In view of the current prevalence of Covid-19, it has been decided by the Trustees in the interests of safety to hold this meeting only online, using Zoom. The Charity Commission allows this method provided it is not explicitly disallowed by the Trust’s Governing Scheme.

Attendees from the public must register in advance and the meeting will be conducted in accordance with a stated protocol.

DEADLINE  FOR  REGISTRATION  :  4 FEBRUARY

 

HOW TO REGISTER

The Trust’s defined area of benefit consists of the parish of Effingham and its immediate neighbourhood. If you are a resident in this area and wish to attend the meeting then send an email – no later than 4 February – to ku.gro.trve@seetsurt using the subject line “EVRT AGM Registration”.

Provide your full name and confirm your wish to attend.

You may also express in your email a question you wish the Trustees to answer in the meeting relating to the Report of the Trustees and the 2020-21 Financial Statements (‘Accounts’). Such questions are limited to one per attendee.

The Trust’s Secretary will in due course email to you the Zoom link for the meeting.
