Booking & Invoicing Software

In January 2017 we introduced new software for the KGV office, providing integrated support for the bookings calendar, customer datatase, hire agreements and invoicing.

It was cloud-based, machine-independent and tailored to our specific facilities and pricing structures. This elegant and intuitive tool was developed by Andy Pike Ltd. of Woking and implemented on the Heroku Cloud Application Platform.

It was funded from the Trust’s own resources, with no grant input, and was operated by the Trust for just over three years.
